I have made an amazing discovery. Over 50% of the leads that come in to my web site are lost forever. This is because they don’t follow the instructions to click the verification email that is sent out. Or they simply never find the email.

Either way, they aren’t added to my list which means they never receive any of the automated emails that earn me money!

Once I discovered this, I immediately went into my Aweber account and disabled the confirmed opt-in setting. You should do the same. Just follow these steps:

1. Log in to your Aweber account at http://www.aweber.com

2. Click the “My Lists” menu option and then “Confirmed Opt-In”

3. You’ll see a big green button that reads “Status ON”. Click that button so that it turns red and reads “Status OFF”.

That’s it!

Now you may get an occasional junk email address by doing this but Aweber will eventually remove them from the list after so many undeliverable attempts. This is a small price to pay for the number of quality leads you will be able to keep as a result of the change.

One last thing….

If any of your campaigns in MLM Lead System Pro display an opt-in page with a video telling people to look for a verification email, you will want to re-do your campaign to eliminate this page. I’d put step-by-step instructions on how to do this but there are so many variations of campaigns and site groups I can’t. 1. Go to www.aweber.com. If not already logged in, type your Login Name and Password in the boxes in the upper right portion of the screen. Click the Login button.

2. Using the blue tabs at the top of the screen, float your mouse over the one labeled “Messages” and click “Broadcast” from the menu that appears.

3. Click the green button labeled + Create Broadcast Message.

4. Look for the section in the email sent to you by MLM Lead System Pro that reads:

********* START COPY **********

5. Copy the subject line at the beginning of this section. Do not copy the actual words “Subject: “

6. Paste the copied subject line in the Subject field in Aweber where it says “Insert Your Subject Here”.

7. Copy the rest of the email up until (but not including) the part that reads:

************ END COPY ************

8. Paste the email in the HTML Message box in Aweber.

9. *** VERY IMPORTANT STEP *** Replace the signature text that looks like:

(YOUR NAME)
(YOUR MLSP AFF LINK)

(YOUR #)
(YOUR SKYPE)
(YOUR EMAIL)

…with your real information. For example, mine looks like this (you don’t have to list all of this information, just use whatever is relevant to you):

10. Now that you have the signature text updated, select all of the text in the HTML Message box and paste it into the Plain Text Message box. When you are done with this step the text in the HTML Message box and the Plain Text Message box should be identical.

11. Scroll down the page and click the green Save Broadcast Message box. The message should now appear in a list under a section titled Pending Broadcasts.

12. If you want to test to make sure the {!firstname_fix} fields correctly get replaced with your subscriber’s name, click the Test link on your pending email. This will pop-up a box where you can enter your own name and email address. Once you have entered your own name and email address, click the green Send Test button. You should receive a success message. You can now click the red X at the top right of the pop-up window to close it.

13. If you sent a test message in step 12, check the email Inbox for the address you entered in the test message pop-up box. You should have an email that has your name in place of the {!firstname_fix} text. If it does, your test was successful. If it doesn’t you may have to edit your email or delete it and start over.

14. To send your email to your entire mailing list, go back to Aweber and click the green Queue button. A dialog box will appear asking you to confirm the time the message will be sent (which should be the current time). Click the OK button.

That’s it! Depending on the amount of email Aweber is currently processing your email should be delivered somewhere between immediately up to 15-20 minutes.
